Are you just agents who want to list my house?

Absolutely not! We’re a group of real estate investors that buy houses from people like you in neighborhoods just like yours. We are not real estate agents and we are not associated with any real estate agency. We don’t want to list your house; we want to buy your house and may be able to do so immediately.

What kind of houses do you buy?

We buy houses in any condition or price range in the United States.

What do you mean by “any condition”? What if my house needs repairs?

What if my property has Health Department violations or is condemned?

No problem. We can still buy your house as is, even if it has demolition orders scheduled.

Do you deal in higher priced properties?

Yes, we can work with any seller who needs to move a property quickly for any reason and in any price range.

What if I am behind on my payments or in foreclosure, can you help?

Yes, if you call or contact us now, we may be able to help catch up your back payments and stop the foreclosure process.

What do you charge for your services?

Unlike real estate agents, there is never a charge or commission when we buy your home.

When I submit your contact form, when will I hear from you?

As soon as we receive your contact form, we will review your information and get back to you ASAP (usually within 24 hours depending on when you submit the information). However, if you don’t hear back from us in a timely manner, please give us a call to be sure we received your information and we will take care of you right away.

Is it better to call or contact you via your online contact form?

That is really up to you. However, we do think it would be easier for you while on the site now if you complete our contact form first, then we can review your information, research your property, and then discuss all the details with you when we call. If you make an offer, am I obliged to take it?

No. You are in control of the entire process. There is no legal obligation to accept our offer if you are not satisfied. We’re not here to take advantage of you; we’re here to turn your situation into a mutually beneficial arrangement.

Do you pay for referrals if I lead you to another house that you buy?

Yes indeed! Even if you don’t need to sell your home, but you know someone who does, please refer them to us or have them give us a call. We’ll pay you $1000 for each house you refer to us that we buy! In the State of New York maybe up to $5,000 Finders Fee.
